Court of Appeals disbar 朱利亚尼 for violations of Pennsylvania 规则 3.1 (which states in relevant part that a lawyer “shall not bring or defend a proceeding, or assert or controvert an issue t在这里in, unless t在这里 is a basis in law and fact for doing so that is not frivolous, which included a good faith argument for an extension, modification or reversal of existing law”) and 8.4(d) (which prohibits a lawyer from engaging in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice).
